These video instructions apply when you are on your phone.

I would recommend having this webpage open on your computer so that you can play the video and pause it as necessary, while you step through the process on your phone.

To be ready to follow along with the instructions on your phone, make sure you are viewing this webpage on your phone: www.rachelgrace.com.au/get-app - because the video starts the instructions from that webpage.

Hi, it's Rachel Grace here.
This is a short video tutorial on how to set up the Insight Timer App on your phone so you can access the free guided mindfulness meditation practices that I publish there for people like you.

To get the Insight Timer App, click on the button, Get the App.

This page will open another application.

Click Open.

Click on the cloud button to download the App to your phone.

It will take a few moments to download and progress is shown by the blue line progressing around the circle.

When it's finished downloading, click Open.

This will open the Insight Timer App on your phone.

Click on the person icon in the bottom right hand corner.

And this will take you to this page where you'll see the Sign In button.

Click Sign In to create your profile by entering your name, email address and your preferred password.

Then hit the button that says Create Account.

Once you have signed up for an account, it will show you this screen.

You do not need to get a premium subscription to access the guided practices that I offer for you.

By all means you can choose to pay for a subscription later if you want to, but for now to stick with getting a free account to access the free guided practices.

Just click on the top left hand corner where the down arrow is and that will take you back to the homepage.

To connect with the guided mindfulness meditation practices that I publish, click on the Search icon down the bottom of the screen second from the right.

And then type in my name, Rachel Grace.

You'll see my image appear. Click on that.

This will take you to my teacher profile page.

On that page, click on the Follow button and then scroll down and there you can see all the free guided mindfulness practices that are available from me to you.

You can use these yourself, and you're more than welcome to share them with others freely.

May these practices support your mindfulness training and bring benefit to you.
