MINDFULNESS MOMENTUM SESSIONS

Join me at High Noon on Tuesday each week for a 30-minute Mindfulness Momentum Session delivered live, for free, over Zoom for graduates of my workplace Mindfulness Programs.

If you have completed my 8-week, 4-week or 1-day Mindfulness Program, then you’re invited to use your lunch break once a week to join me in a weekly Mindfulness Momentum Session.

Please note that I’m offering these sessions free of charge and to participate, you’ll need to be willing to do so on your own unpaid time too. If you received an email from me about this opportunity, then your workplace supports you to participate within your workday, as long as it is during your own break time.

My motivation for running these sessions is that I want to support each of you individually to maintain your momentum with mindfulness practice – for the benefit of your own well-being, relationships and work.

I’m also motivated to help support a community of practice within your workplace to grow in strength, so that through our collective influence and practice, workplaces become more mindful, compassionate & effective places to be – for the benefit of you, your work mates and your stakeholders.


What’s in the session?

The 30-min sessions will comprise of:
·   10min Welcome & Introductory Talk
·   10min Live Guided Practice
·   10min Group Discussion 

In the group discussion time, there’ll be an opportunity to share what you’re noticing in your practice &/or to ask questions, so please feel free to bring your practice questions along.

The format will be structured but warm, relaxed & friendly and so you’re welcome to eat your lunch before & after the practice if you want to.

Online etiquette (i.e., Video Camera ON + Mute button ON), professional behaviour & all the other usual ground rules of respect apply. Rach reserves the right to remove anyone from the session who is disruptive or isn’t honouring these guidelines. 

You MUST register for these sessions because attendance relies on you using a UNIQUE PASSWORD provided to you by Zoom during the registration process.
